How does Try Before You Buy work?

As a shopper, select the Try Before You Buy purchase option when adding items to your cart. At checkout, you will not be charged. Your 10 day trial begins once the package is delivered, at which point you’ll have the length of the trial to try-on your items at home, decide what to keep, and return the rest. You will only be charged for any items you have decided to keep. 

How many items can I try at one time?

You are able to try up to 5 bras at one time. Each item must be a different size or color. Currently, the Try Before You Buy program is only valid on bras and excludes underwear, bodysuits and loungewear. 

Do Try Before You Buy orders have free shipping and free returns?

Yes, we offer free shipping and returns on all Try Before You Buy orders. 

When will I be charged for my Try Before You Buy items?

You will be charged 3 days after the trial ends for any items you have decided to keep.

Why do you need my payment information if the trial is free?

At checkout, we collect your payment details so that we can charge you for any items that you to decide to keep (and pay for), after you’ve had a chance to try them on at home first. 

I live outside the U.S. -- does Try Before You Buy work internationally?

At this time, we are only able to support shoppers in the U.S.  

 

What products are included in the Try Before You Buy program?

All of our bras are eligible for Try Before You Buy.  Underwear, loungewear, bodysuits and accessories are not part of the Try Before You Buy program.

What payment options do I have for my Try Before You Buy order?

You can use a credit or debit card to check out with Try Before You Buy at this time. Gift cards are not accepted with a Try Before You Buy order, and Try Before You Buy orders cannot be used with any ‘buy now, pay later’ applications such as AfterPay. 

Can I use a discount with a Try Before You Buy order?

Yes! Valid discount codes can be applied to both traditional and Try Before You Buy purchases.

 

My trial ended and I was charged but now I want to return something -- is this still possible?

Yes! You can follow our standard returns and refund policy. Be sure to check the Returns page on our website.

Can I change the payment method I used to check out with Try Before You Buy?

Once you check out with Try Before You Buy, we are unable to change the payment method associated with your order.
