Need to return something? No worries, GIAPENTA has you covered!

We offer free returns on all U.S. orders of new, unworn and undamaged merchandise received within 30 days from the delivery date. 

We cannot accept returns on underwear or bodysuits.

Return Instructions

Please email us at mail@giapenta.com with your name, order number and the items you'd like to return.  

We ask that you use the original box and packaging when sending back merchandise to ensure that the item(s) are protected during shipping.

Be sure that all merchandise being returned is new, unworn and that all original tags are attached.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items received more than 30 days after delivery
• Any merchandise that does not have the original tags attached or has been worn, damaged or washed
• Any panties and bodysuits; all panties and bodysuits are FINAL SALE
